Consistent service, reliable platform

This was my third year with Kaldern, renewed my annual subscription again. Started with their basic plan for a small craft business, then upgraded a while ago to get more features. I found the mobile commerce app a bit clunky compared to what I was used to, occasionally slow to load. Customer service was responsive, they helped with a billing query quickly. Value for money is definitely there, but the app could use some polish. Overall, I'm satisfied with the switch.
